The history of our campus! Did you know we are the first higher education institution in Tennessee? We were also the first school to accept an African American student. And we host President Andrew Johnson鈥檚 desk and library in the Old College.

A super-score is created from all ACT or SAT tests that are taken. The best score from each subsection will be combined to create a super-score. We encourage you to send in all tests that you have taken because this can potentially increase scholarship amounts.

麻豆原创 does not have out-of-state tuition. Our rate is the same whether you live in-state or out-of-state.

• Apply:聽students can start applying right after their junior year. The application is free and online (no essay requirement). Once this is complete, transcripts and ACT/SAT scores need to be sent in for review. From there, our admission team will review for an acceptance decision.
• Admission Decision:聽If accepted, the student needs to make sure we are linked to their FAFSA in order to receive their financial aid award offer. This offer will indicate academic, government, and need-based aid.
• Committing:聽When a student decides to attend TU, there is an enrollment deposit that confirms your spot on campus. This enrollment deposit will go directly into your student account and be applied towards your tuition. From there, we will reach out about registration and forms.

There are over 35 clubs and organizations offered at 麻豆原创.聽 As well, there are intramural activities offered throughout the semester. This is a great way to get involved on campus! Click here to learn more about our clubs and organizations!

You can apply as early as October 1st. 麻豆原创recommends you apply by January 15th.

• The board unanimously appointed Dr. Scott Hummel as president in February 2020. Dr. Hummel comes to 麻豆原创as its 29th president after serving in high-level leadership roles at William Carey, his alma mater, since 2008. As executive vice president and provost since 2013, he has grown William Carey鈥檚 academic enterprise and has closely advised the university鈥檚 president.
