Transcript Requests

Procedure

Electronic

Official transcripts can be requested electronically through Parchment for a charge of $10.

If you have requested a transcript by using Parchment in the past, you may sign-in using your previously created account by clicking 鈥淓xisting User Account鈥.

If you are a previous or current student who has not used Parchment to request transcripts previously, you must create a new account by clicking on 鈥淣ew Learner Account鈥.

In-Person

Official transcripts can聽also be provided free of cost if picked up in-person from the Registrar鈥檚 Office on the Greeneville Campus.

If you are a聽current or former dual enrollment student聽still enrolled聽in high school, please contact the Registrar鈥檚 Office at (423)636-7311聽or聽registrartu@tusculum.edu聽for your transcript request options.

Processing

Transcripts are usually processed within 1-2 business days of receipt of the request. During the months of May, August, and December, requests may take up to 5 business days to be processed. Once processed, electronic delivery is usually within 1-2 hours, but mail delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

Official transcripts are not issued via email or fax. Official transcripts may be requested using Parchment or picked up in the Registrar鈥檚 Office. Unofficial transcripts may be emailed upon student written request or accessed via Self-Service or WebAdvisor.

No transcript requests will be processed if the student鈥檚 transcript is on hold by the Business Office.

We are unable to accept phone requests. All transcript requests must contain the student鈥檚 written signature or be requested through Parchment.
